Literature and ownership
OncoRadar indexes or links research metadata, abstracts, excerpts and publications from sources with their own licenses and rights. A link, citation or index entry does not transfer copyright. Users must follow source access, attribution, quotation, text-and-data-mining and reuse conditions.
User content
You must have rights to upload notes, prompts, documents or other content. Do not remove rights notices or use OncoRadar to reproduce or distribute literature beyond permission. Generated outputs may resemble existing material and require review before reuse.
Reporting claimed infringement
Send notices to legal@oncoradar.org. Include your name and authority, the protected work, the exact OncoRadar URL or identifier, the allegedly infringing material, a good-faith explanation, requested action, contact email, and a statement that the report is accurate. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless requested through a secure channel.
Review, removal and response
We may request clarification, restrict access, remove or disable material, notify the affected user, preserve evidence, or reject incomplete or abusive notices. A user may respond with authorization or a counter-explanation. Restoration depends on the facts and applicable process.
