Termos
Regras para contas, organizações, chat de pesquisa, uploads com desidentificação, API/MCP, conteúdo, suspensão e futuros serviços pagos.
Operador: Celiums Solutions, LLC
1. Operator and acceptance
These Terms govern access to OncoRadar, operated solely by Celiums Solutions, LLC. Protected account and developer functionality requires affirmative acceptance of the current documents through the recorded signup or authenticated acceptance flow; merely viewing a public page is not recorded as consent. If you accept for an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so. These are operational draft terms pending legal review, not legal advice.
2. Research service; uploads; no medical use
OncoRadar is a conversational oncology research platform. You chat with a research assistant that plans literature searches through OncoRadar's connectors, stores every retrieved record in the catalog, and writes source-grounded answers with cited study ids, a verification pass and stated limitations. Findings are research patterns. OncoRadar is not a medical device, clinical system, electronic health record, diagnostic tool, treatment recommendation service, or substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. It does not provide diagnoses or individual treatment advice. Do not use outputs for emergency, diagnostic, treatment, dosing, eligibility, or other patient-care decisions.
You may upload documents, images and DICOM imaging only through the upload flow. The upload flow encrypts the file with a customer-managed key, keeps the original readable only by an isolated processing role for 30 days by default (or until you delete it), and runs an automated de-identification pipeline before any model or reviewer sees content. Only de-identified derivatives are used by models, shown in the viewer, or eligible for the research dataset. Text typed into the chat is also redacted for identifiers before storage.
- Do not attach or paste identifiable patient material outside the upload flow, including through the API, MCP or chat text; the chat redaction is a safeguard, not a channel for patient records.
- Material intended for individual patient care is out of scope. Do not attempt to re-identify any person from de-identified material.
- Verify source literature, citations, dates, licensing and generated statements independently before relying on them.
3. Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected compromise. An organization controls its workspace according to assigned roles. Organization administrators may manage memberships, content and access. You are responsible for activity under your account and API credentials unless promptly reported as unauthorized.
- One person may not impersonate another or misrepresent authority.
- You may export available account data and request account deletion through the privacy center.
- Deletion is a pending workflow, not immediate erasure; organization data may remain where another member or legal obligation requires it.
4. Literature, user content, uploads and licenses
Research metadata, abstracts, excerpts and linked publications remain subject to their source terms, copyright and database rights. Access through OncoRadar does not grant rights beyond the applicable source license.
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant OncoRadar a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, encrypt, de-identify, process, transform and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service and meet legal obligations. For uploads this includes OCR, identifier detection and redaction, burned-in text masking, DICOM tag removal, date shifting and pseudonymous ids, rendering of de-identified pages and frames, and generation of findings from de-identified derivatives.
You represent that you have the legal authority to upload each file, including any ownership, license, institutional, ethics-board or consent basis your jurisdiction requires, and that the content complies with the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not attempt to re-identify a person from de-identified material or to defeat the de-identification pipeline. Contributing de-identified material to the OncoRadar research dataset is a separate, per-item opt-in governed by the Dataset Contribution Terms; nothing is contributed without that consent.
5. API, MCP, AI outputs and quotas
API and remote MCP access are subject to credential scopes, technical documentation, rate limits and quotas. Do not share secrets or bypass limits. Generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, non-unique or unsupported by cited sources even after the verification pass. You are responsible for human review and permitted downstream use.
The current implementation uses an embedding model for semantic retrieval, a catalog and retrieval engine for indexed literature, a research language model hosted in our cloud provider that plans searches and writes answers from retrieved records and de-identified material, a calibrated decision model that receives only de-identified text or literature, and OCR, identifier-detection and medical imaging services from our cloud provider. Providers are identified only in the Subprocessor Notice. Technology attribution does not transfer responsibility for operating OncoRadar away from Celiums Solutions, LLC.
6. Availability, changes and suspension
The service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. We may limit, suspend or terminate access to protect users or systems, enforce these Terms or quotas, respond to legal requirements, prevent abuse, or discontinue a feature. Where practicable, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export available data, but urgent security or legal action may occur without advance notice.
7. Future paid services
Current or future features may require a paid plan. Pricing, taxes, renewals, refunds and cancellation terms must be presented before a charge. The Subscription Terms apply when paid plans launch. Concrete governing-law, venue and arbitration provisions are intentionally not stated and remain pending legal review before paid launch.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, clinically appropriate or fit for a particular purpose. Automated de-identification reduces but does not eliminate the possibility that an identifier survives processing; you remain responsible for the material you upload and for the authority to upload it. Liability limitations and mandatory consumer rights vary by location; a legally reviewed limitation structure remains pending. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Contact and updates
Questions may be sent to legal@oncoradar.org. Material updates will receive a new version or effective date and, where appropriate, require renewed acceptance. No governing law, venue, mailing address or arbitration forum should be inferred from this draft.
