Subprocessor and Service Provider Notice

Purpose

Celiums Solutions, LLC uses service providers to operate OncoRadar while remaining its sole operator. “Subprocessor” status depends on the specific customer relationship and applicable law; this operational list does not by itself determine legal roles.

Current providers

The currently identified provider is listed below. No infrastructure, open-source or model provider is identified as an OncoRadar operator.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Cloud hosting, Amazon RDS, Cognito identity, Bedrock Mantle model access, logging and backup services Location: Configured AWS regions; exact production region disclosures pending operational confirmation. Data: Account, service, workspace and operational data as required.

Open-source and model technology

Hyphae is open-source data-plane technology, not an operator. Qwen provides configured embeddings, and Gemma provides configured synthesis through Amazon Bedrock Mantle. Technology attribution does not make a project, model author or infrastructure provider an OncoRadar operator.

Changes and diligence

Providers may be added, replaced or removed as the service evolves. Material changes relevant to customer data will be posted in an updated version and handled under applicable customer commitments. Contract, transfer, region and deletion details remain subject to operational confirmation and legal review.
