Status and activation

These terms are a draft for future paid OncoRadar plans. No fee, automatic renewal or paid commitment arises unless a checkout or order clearly presents price, billing interval, plan, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms and you affirmatively agree.

Plans, organizations and quotas

Plans may define seats, organizations, projects, storage, API/MCP requests, synthesis units, rate limits and feature access. Quotas are measured by OncoRadar records and may prevent or defer usage after a limit. Administrators are responsible for authorized seats and organization billing decisions.

Billing and taxes

When launched, charges will use the disclosed billing method and cadence. Currency, payment processor, invoicing, failed-payment handling, tax collection, trials, credits and refund rules remain pending. We will not invent or apply those terms before they are displayed and reviewed.

Cancellation and plan changes

The checkout terms will state when cancellation takes effect and whether any refund applies. Before increasing recurring price or materially reducing a paid plan, OncoRadar will provide notice appropriate to the agreement and applicable requirements. Continued use may require acceptance of updated terms.

Suspension and data access

We may limit paid features for overdue payment, quota excess, abuse, security or legal reasons. Where practicable, a suspended customer may access available export functions for a reasonable period. Deletion remains a pending workflow and backups rotate rather than disappearing instantly.

Items required before paid launch

Pricing, payment processor terms, refund policy, taxes, renewal notices, consumer cancellation rights, governing law, venue, arbitration or class-action terms, liability caps, mailing address and state of formation all require legal and operational approval before paid launch.
